This place is awesome! I am in Louisville, so glad we have this in the area. I love Louisiana Cajun and Creole cuisine, and this is the only place in town to get authentic ingredients like real andouille and tasso. Excellent quality meats, and the folks here are always friendly when I come in, professional and offer great service.

Food truck came to our neighborhood. Amazing food. Chili dogs were great, my husband loved the swamp dog. Add a pepperjack boudin to your order, so good. Ate it before we even thought to take pictures.

This food truck came to our neighborhood and was completely insufficient. They were pushing out orders at a rate of one every five minutes... and this is HOT DOGS we're talking about. I waited over half an hour for hot dogs.They were out of chili, but didn't tell me until I picked up the order. Half an hour after I ordered. No refund offered.No fries with any of the meals, so they're liars as well. No to-go bags to carry it back to my house.Really a horrific food truck. If I get food poisoning, I'll be sure to update.
