Tucker's American Favorites

The baked potato has been excellent both times, soft and delicious, and I even enjoy the skin, which has a nice salt and pepper flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the side salad as well. While there was a lot of iceberg lettuce, the tomato wedges were surprisingly tasty for this time of year, and the salad was topped with egg and real bacon. It was quite generous in size too. I can't say enough good things about the steak. For just thirteen bucks, I got a quality cut cooked just the way I like it. Sure, I've had better steaks before, but usually at a higher price or when I prepare one at home with a friendly butcher's help. One of the standout aspects of this place is that I saw kids enjoying appealing meals as well, which is great for families. There aren't many places where I can get an excellent steak at a reasonable price while also making my kid happy. Although my daughter hasn't been here yet, I'm confident she'll enjoy it when she does. Even my mom enjoyed her grilled chicken, baked potato, and apples—she's usually quite critical at restaurants! I definitely recommend this spot to my fellow New Albany residents.

Great Sports Bar Vibe. If you're looking to catch the big game, this is a fantastic spot. One wall is lined with huge screens that are visible from anywhere in the dining area. The steaks are excellent, especially for the price. I highly recommend the ribs and, above all, the baked potato; no matter what your main dish is, you HAVE to order the baked potato as a side—it's the best in town. The service is good, though not exceptional. As mentioned, it’s not exactly a family-friendly atmosphere, but it's a nice sports bar. You can bring the kids if the big game isn't on, and it should be just fine.

Tucker's is a fantastic spot for enjoying a meal while catching a game or a UFC fight. Their double-baked wings are absolutely incredible. The Turkey Reuben, Grilled Chicken Salad, and ribs are also superb. If you're in the mood for something indulgent, be sure to try their cheese fries or beer cheese! They offer some of the best beer prices in town. The owners are incredibly friendly and actively involved in the day-to-day operations. It's an excellent venue for a lunch meeting or a night of watching games!

Food is very good. The ribs and pulled pork are both good. Salads are good as well. Wonderful service from attentive servers. Sometimes I sit in the bar area only because it is quieter.

Had a Living Social deal for Tucker's so we came out to try it. It had been nine years since we last ate here. I had the ribs and they were tasty, some of the best around. The scalloped apples and mashed potatoes were very good, too. We also liked the fried jalapeno poppers for an appetizer.
