Dunkin' - New Baltimore

My partner and I were camping and decided to order takeout from this restaurant using an app because my camper wouldn't fit through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the doors were locked and the drive-thru was full. I tried to go to the drive-thru window on foot, but no cars let me through. My partner was frustrated and went to the drive-thru speaker to explain our situation. The employee was not accommodating and seemed indifferent. It's frustrating that they offer takeout but lock their doors.

My croissant is always good I also asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel and they gave me an entire block cream cheese I love her but she gave me the wrong donut I wanted, double chocolate and they gave me glazed

The Dunkin' Donuts at this restaurant is only average, but the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The coffee was perfectly made and the food was hot and fresh. Thank you.

My sister and I used to have a Dunkin obsession, so we'd get coffee from this place a few times a week. Let me tell you, going here is such a waste of time. I know that it's convenient, but you don't want to waste money on this place. I'd understand if it was a one time occurrence some people have their off days, I get that but when I say every single time I come here, it's horrible, I really mean it. It is the worst coffee I've tasted, even beats Tim Horton's coffee. It's always bitter, overloaded with sweetener, or tastes like nothing at all. During the times my sister and I went, it never failed to be mediocre at best, and disgusting on an average day. I'm not one to waste, but this place always had me dumping everything out. Eventually, we found a better Dunkin the one off Hall Road (that one I really recommend) so we stopped going to this one. Then, I recently decided to hit this place on the way to school because the Starbucks next to it was closed, and I, naturally, regretted it immediately. The coffee was bitter and tasted so overly sweet that any other flavor it had was completely obliterated. Not to mention, the workers act like they don't want to be there and that you're inconveniencing them by being there when it's only open until 3 or 4pm. Basically, don't ever come here. You can guarantee this place will always have rude workers and people who don't know how to make coffee (or possibly sabotage it because they don't want you there). Whatever they use in their coffee is absolutely horrible and I will never go back here again.
