Feedback gevenEvery time I visit this restaurant, there seems to be an issue with my food. The last time, I found hair on my pizza, and this time, my pizza was cold. It was supposed to have a light sauce, but it looked like they just took two old pizzas and served them to me. I asked about butter and Parmesan on the crust since it looked like hardly any had been applied. I also ordered two Crazy Breads with extra butter and Parmesan. At first, the lady tried to hand me Crazy Bread straight from the box, so I mentioned it, and she went back to fetch me some bags. However, when I got home, I discovered that what I received was not what I ordered or paid for. I'm really disappointed, and from now on, I think I'll just go to the Little Caesars in New Baltimore.
I would not recommend this restaurant. There’s another Little Caesars just a few miles down the road where the staff is polite and serves well-prepared pizza. Last night, my husband was mistakenly charged twice for bread after the female cashier forgot our order of breadsticks. Instead of simply providing us with the order, she implied we might be lying about it and claimed she needed to double-check with us. It's hard to believe she could forget our order in just two minutes. I've dealt with various companies before, but I’ve never experienced such rudeness or been accused of lying. I suggest you steer clear of this place.
The P.O.S. shop has been poorly managed. The manager, Joe, seems overwhelmed with too many responsibilities and staff who are unclear about their roles. I've had a frustrating experience; twice this month, I placed an order half an hour in advance due to my night shift schedule, and on three occasions, my pizza wasn’t ready. My time is limited, and with everything closing early, this has left me without food for my 11-hour shifts. I can see other customers ordering and receiving their meals while I wait for a long time, only to leave empty-handed. I have to return to work and explain the delay. It’s incredibly disappointing.
The young blonde girl with braided cocks and her hat on the back was very rude and unrespectful for customers, laugh and say? I didn't care? Everything's just a big joke for her and if she worked for me, I'd fire her. I understand that mistakes happen, but that was a lack of care and attention to detail. The manager who came in and started his shift treated things very well and did what he could to correct the 6 wrong commands. In the end it took 1 hour and 15 minutes until I ordered it online.
I always thought they had cheese and pepperoni hot and ready. I went in and got 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese and 2 crazy combos. After I paid, They told me 10 to 15 minute wait. If I would of knowed that before I ordered I would of went elsewhere.
