Mcdonald's - New Baltimore

The last THREE times I’ve ordered at this location the staff has forgotten to put toys in the Happy Meal boxes for my three kids. That’s 9 Happy Meals out of 9 missing a toy. The first two visits I didn’t notice until I got home. Today I checked at the window and sure enough…all three boxes missing the toy again. It’s getting embarrassing. How hard is it to put a toy in a box?

Its Mcdonals. Most people dont go for the GREAT food. generally this location is pretty good. They generally get their rush lines down quickly. ive never had a wrong order but have had missing items more often than ide like. including missing toys out of the happy meal... on 3 seperate occassion.

The place was clean staff was friendly to play place was amazing my two grandkids loved it

They got my order wrong. The place was super busy and unkept.

Horrible service in recent months, including wrong orders and today culminated in me getting only part of my meal and screwing up lunch. I guess McDonalds is off the menu
