Honey Dew Donuts - New Bedford

This place is not pedestrian friendly. If you come here, you must have a car. As someone who doesn't own a car, I have been rejected service the last three times I've stopped here because the main lobby/dining area has been closed. If you have a dine-in area and plenty of tables, why is this place always closed off and only accepting drive-thru orders? Unbelievable.

The customer service here is outstanding! If my business was closer, I would try and steal all of your employees, lol! Keep up the good work.

The place was clean, bathroom toilet was a bit dirty and there were no paper towels or hand sanitizer. The 2 girls trying to wait on everyone, were great! Nice even though they were slammed and they were so busy..but they got the order correct and even practiced suggestive selling. GREAT JOB GIRLS. We were there Wednesday April 19th around 11. Not sure if their names...Parking: Lots of handicapped and regular parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp.

The girl working there knew what she was doing. She could handle the customers at the counter and the drive-thru! ??

Excellent service. Extremely welcoming and personable staff. Made my morning easier !
