I don't know but I didn't taste or see any seasoning. But the buffalo wings were good, not very hot. Almost too mild. The waitress was sweet, on top of it, patient with our party of 7. I'd happily have her again any time. I give her a 5. (Can't remember her name but she has short curly hair and a peanut allergy. If you are going here, bring a hair band. Mom said their 6 oz steak is delicious.
This review will be short, well maybe not. We walked in and were seated right away, it wasn 't busy at all. After looking over the menu, we waited for a server but no one came. Normally they come and take a drink order first, but not this time. They have the table kiosks so I used the server call button on it and the light began to flash. Again, it wasn 't busy and several servers walked past us and our blinking beacon on the kiosk but no one stopped. After another 5 minutes of waiting, we left. We told the hostess why we were leaving on our way out. All she said was oh, I 'm sorry but said nothing else and didn 't offer to get us a server or do anything to keep our business. We have been here a number of times. The food is normally pretty good. The service has been spotty, but this is the first time we were totally ignored!
Me and my siblings went here tonight to celebrate my graduation, when we walked in nobody was there to seat us and eventually a server came and seated us. We sat there for 15 20 minutes waiting to get our drink order taken and every time we made eye contact with an employee they looked away and left the area. We walked out of the restaurant without anybody even saying a word to us, and other customers looked pissed as well. This is not the first time this has happened, a few weeks prior me and my family were there and the same things happened, the manager had to take our order and bring us our food. I don't know that's going on there but we're obviously not the only one with this problem, they need to fix this problem it's ridiculous.
Heinous, heinous, heinous service!!! they turned our tablet off after we simply called our server roughly 15 times, ridiculous. Very cold. Felt like my days in Siberia. LOUD music. I'm a regular and they didn't even recognize me. We brought a birthday gift in and the waitress didn't even ask if she could help celebrate. I AM BAFFLED!!!! Oreo in my shake had the logo on the inside-product inspection ppl. My friend almost had a stroke and the young male host just smiled-that's twisted!! Outraged that my picture was not on their walls. They only had 18 packets of sugar. When I asked the waiter what the flake shavors were she said to be honest, I don't even know. Also they refused to sing to my friend on her birthday. The worst part of our experience was the fact that a college boy professed his love for my best friend and she was extremely uncomfortable. He said this over Snapchat and lives thousands of miles away but either way Applebee's should have censored their WiFi. In addition, my friend is dyslectic and ordered off the wrong side of the appetizer menu so it wasn't half price for her and when we mentioned this to the waitress she made fun of us. discrimination against people with mental illness will NOT be tolerated!! to be honest if there was an option to rate this less than zero we definitely would. my friends bronchitis is getting worse by the minute in here and the CO2 levels are OFF THE CHARTS. But you know, we will be back!!! I LOVE APPLEBEES!!!
Food was good, but subpar service, disappointing especially since we went for our young daughter 's birthday. No refills offered, no birthday desert for our daughter (or even a smile hey, happy birthday! , just not impressed. Working in a service industry myself, I tend to cut a lot of slack plus tip generously, but after this we 'll be dining celebrating elsewhere. The world doesn 't revolve around us, but there 's still a base level of service, and that was sorely lacking today.
