This is the first time we've been here for breakfast. We were very disappointed. Over easy eggs were seriously overhard. Potatoes were cold and you could taste the raw spice(obviously not cooked enough because the heat was too high). The cook, if using a flat top, needs to learn that you don't cook everything on super high heat. He can create heat zones on a flat top to keep food warm while he prepares the other items. Or at least put them under a heat lamp. Cooking everything on super high heat doesn't make for faster service, it just makes the food terrible.
I love this little sandwich shop. The food is always delicious and the service is top notch.
Spent $40 on breakfast...it was edible but not great by any means should have went to carolina bagel since its so close but wanted to try something new. Their lunch and desserts did look tasty though!
Not for nothing, but, regardless of circumstances, when you have an opening time and no information to the contrary, and you don 't open or have any signs of life in your restaurant, you will lose customers because you are unreliable and untrustworthy. This goes for any business. Was looking forward to taking my daughter there for breakfast before she left on a trip, and at 7:40 the door was locked and no one was inside the restaurant. Hoping nothing legitimately bad befell your entire opening staff (unlikely), but that 's probably not the case. If you 're gonna visit this struggling establishment, call first. If you get the machine, they 're likely not open. Instead of a Gofundme campaign, how about a dependability campaign?
