Taco Bell - New Bern

Went through the drive this morning and was not feeling it today but when Tenisha took my order with her enthusiasm it was really good to hear. When I got to the window to get my food she was smiling and very polite. It was very refreshing to see andreally motivated me to smile myself.

One of the slowest restaurants in town, takes 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru to get any food even when ordering online.

Ordered my meal for my fiancé at 830 and didn 't get our food til 905. The shells were stale and when I asked to make us new ones they gave us attitude telling me we close at 9 also the soda was flat I did hear one the employees call me and myfiancé the N word. Never again will I eat here. Worst service every.

Staff not friendly when. Dining room extremel6 cold and not very well clean. Extremely long wait time for fast food.

Food was typical taco Bell. We ordered online. When we arrived to pick up our food, we were told it was being prepared, even though we had ordered it via the app 30 min prior. When we got our food it was lukewarm. It still tasted ok, just not fresh.
