The food is amazing and the service is fast. I've been here 4 times and each visit was just as good as the previous ones. If you go, try the Texas Schnitzel.

The waitress felt like she didn’t even want to help us Then when the food was dropped of the food runner literally slammed it on the table and left- didn’t tell us anything or give us plates for the appetizers

We love this place. We visit New Braunfels every few months and we always make certain to stop here. The atmosphere is so enjoyable with plenty of seats, covered patio, and indoor restaurant as well. There's a live band every time I have visited and sunny l some times traditional German dancers. The food is excellent and the drink menu is large. They don't allow beer samples. That's my only complaint. It's difficult to order an entire beer when you have no idea what it tastes like. I've never been to a place with draft beer and you're not allowed to sample. Anyway, the beer we've had has all been good.

Chicken fried steak was delicious, mashed potatoes were homemade, and sausage was oh so good! I loved the jalapeno cream gravy and hubby loved his pork snitzel. We absolutely loved the brussel sprouts! Service was great and servers were friendly. Would definitely be back! ?

We travel to and from Austin often , can't believe we haven't stopped here. Great food and beer selection
