A&w - New Braunfels

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant! I strongly advise against dining here. The root beer tasted fermented due to poor cleaning, the tartar sauce was spoiled, and my husband’s hamburger bun was so hard it could have been used as a building material! Please address these issues or consider closing the restaurant before someone gets food poisoning!

The comments about the 20-minute wait and the unappetizing chicken are accurate. I’m not sure how our order ended up costing $25.

This is the most awful place I've ever visited. I chose not to eat there, but my wife is a fan of Long John Silver's. The dining room was so filthy that it was difficult to even walk in. The cooks' aprons looked like they hadn't been washed in years. The area behind the counter was even worse than the dining area. The fountain drink station seemed like a breeding ground for some sort of fungus-related illness. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would give it a -10, complete with a health warning for everyone.

If I really had a choice for stars it would be none. I take more of my lunch brakes here but have never been in till today. My kids and I just done with a long drive and wanted to stop here before going home. We went in and it's hot the ac is not even on. Man at counter wasn't professional at all. Place was nasty tables not clean trash on floors ants on the counters. Got our food and ants on the tray they gave us and to top it off the restroom haven't been cleaned this place is unsanitary.I would not recommend this place. Have pictures is it let's me load them. Think this place needs new management and staff. Beware!!!! Not worth my $30

The guy that took our order was great! Chicken was way over cooked and not edible, it was like chewing on a rock. There were ants crawling all over the walls and tables. Floors need a scrubbing and mopping badly, they were sticky and nasty looking.
