El Norteno Taqueria - New Braunfels

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, we were passing through and we were looking for something quick to eat I found this place I said it has good comments let's see how it goes, order takeout I ordered quesabirria, the meat was a little dry, I also ordered tripe tacos, I ordered it medium golden brown and to my surprise the tripe was burnt, the tortillas were breaking, the pico de gallo tasted a bit already in bad condition and we couldn't return We live in Dallas, TX, we already realized when we were already going very far, the only thing was the strawberry water with lemon was very delicious, the service of the lady who served me was friendly, I spoke to let them know and the only thing they told me was apologies, I thought Maybe they would offer me my money back but no, anyway that was my experience. I hope you can pay more attention to the food

Awesome breakfast plates and tacos. Just about any taco you can think of, they've got it for breakfast. Excellent carne guisada. I live in Amarillo now and I can't get guisada like that up here in the Panhandle.

With 2 times that I have been there, unfortunately the rice was bad... I ordered some charro beans and they were like they were taken out of the refrigerator; and they served them... completely cold. In my opinion it would be a shame to serve something like that.

Some of the best Mexican food we have had in a while … we live in San Antonio and would be willing to travel back to New Braunfels to come eat here again ! 10 stars !
