Faust Brewing Company - New Braunfels

Half of the food options were good while the other half was mediocre. Our server, Leslie, appeared annoyed by our presence and indifferent to our requests all evening. The service was exceptionally slow. The ambiance was pleasant. Cannot recommend.

The beer here is delicious and fresh! What really impressed me was that they don't overcharge like many other breweries, with prices at $2.50 for a draft beer and $9 for a 6-pack to go. I will definitely be returning!

Great beers and $4 margaritas on Monday. One guy (Adam) manning the bar and floor. Good service, beautiful decor, ~6 TVs, amazing German food. Best Reuben in town! Ahi tuna and Wellington were also very tasty. Delicious and DIRT cheap beers. This is a great place! What else could you ask for?!

Stopped in for dinner on a business trip to New Braunfels. The brewery is on the premises of the Faust Hotel. I tried the flight of homemade beers and the Reuben sandwich that was recommended. The beer sampling was good and most had good flavor. See details below. The sandwich was very good with the house made Russian dressing being the kicker. The place seemed a little dark for a brewery. Overall, I recommend it. Polka Pilsner tasty, but not memorable. No aroma at all;
