Longhorn Steakhouse New Braunfels

I have to say, WOW.. This was amazing! We visited on Thursday, 12/16/21 and Friday, 12/17/21 and the steaks were phenomenal. The service, particularly from the manager Tina, was excellent. She greeted us warmly and made sure we were well taken care of. Tina even took the time to chat with us. On Thursday, our waitress Carolin was fantastic and knew everything about the menu and steaks. My husband and son loved their steaks and were impressed by the quality at Longhorn Steakhouse. On Friday, we returned to Longhorn and had a great experience once again. Warren, our waiter, was exceptional. Tina, the manager, greeted us again and ensured we had a pleasant dining experience. The customer service, food, and overall experience were wonderful. We will definitely be returning to Longhorn Steakhouse frequently.

We decided to dine at this restaurant for Valentine's Day, expecting it to be hectic. However, the restaurant was well-prepared and had their best staff on hand. Our server, Malique, was fantastic. He had a great attitude, was very friendly and prompt with service. He even took the time to chat with a little toddler sitting behind us, which was very sweet. I give a five star rating solely for our server. The food was as great as always, but I was particularly impressed by Malique and felt he deserved recognition.

Our family ate there today, and we were so impress with our service from Bria, our waitress. She was friendly and very professional, so was the hostess , who asked us several times if all was fine. The steaks and short ribs were exceptional. Great food, fair price.

I have only been here once before and couldn't remember why we didn't return. However, I decided to give it another chance and I regret waiting so long. The Delmonico steak was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The wing appetizer was also a pleasant surprise, as they were some of the best wings I've had from a non-wing specific restaurant.

I have the claw for lunch today. I have to say this is one of the best steaks I've ever had on Longhorn. Compliments to the cook and great service. Food: 5/5
