Tj's Burgers More - New Braunfels

The customer service was fantastic, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. My onion rings were undercooked, though they did fix that for me. However, they claim to cook all their burgers medium well, and mine was definitely medium rare, as it was still bleeding. That really turned me off. I did find the burger bar setup to be quite charming; I just wish there was more consistency in ensuring that the food is cooked to the correct temperature.

Hidden charge of $1.29 if you order with a card, calling it a Non Cash Fee. The bacon on my bacon cheeseburger was unedible it was so hard. The breading on the kids chicken stripes was so hard I refused to give it to my kid. Most of the buckles on the kids high chairs were broken. Do not recommend coming here.

While we were seated, I noticed one of the employees on his lunch break. He brought his food tray to the hot sauce counter and, while placing it down, accidentally knocked over about six items that were standing upright. After using the hot sauce and placing it back on the shelf, he simply picked up his food and walked away without bothering to upright the bottles he had knocked down. This made me wonder what else might have been overlooked and not addressed. There's definitely room for improvement here, especially when it comes to demonstrating care, concern, and proper upkeep. A thorough cleaning would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.

I'm a big fan of burgers, and I firmly believe that if a restaurant can't make a good burger, then it shouldn't be in business. Fortunately, this place knows how to do it right. They cook everything medium-well, so you might need to request a different doneness, but I'll let that slide because the temperatures are spot on. The bacon was fresh and not overcooked, the BBQ sauce had a nice smoky flavor, and the fries were excellent. Overall, great experience—I will definitely be back to try more of their burgers!

We had high expectations for this place but we?re sadly let down. The staff was friendly and the location is good. The buns were stale, the impossible burger was not good at all (almost tasted like it went bad), fries were old, and the wait was quite long even with it not being too busy. The prices were also high for the quality. The toppings bar didn?t seem too safe with being left out. The restaurant air was also quite warm. Unfortunately we both had big stomach aches for the rest of the day into the night. Not sure if we will give it a second chance or not especially with all of the positive resided.
