Dairy Queen Grill Chill - New Bremen

Very disappointed with the service on June 10, 2023! Coming back from a dance recital in New Bremen and we get there at 9:30pm to order food. Given their close time at 10pm, this should have been no issue. We pull in to the speaker and order our food to be met with “sorry our kitchen is closed”. Kitchen closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night when your close time is 10? I worked fast food and know how it goes trying to clean and get done early, but you don’t “close” the kitchen before you close. To make matters worse, we were stuck in line in the drive thru and they didn’t even have the decency of a heads up before being stuck for an extra 6 minutes while every other business around close at the same you do. Not many people there when we went. Ice cream was delicious. The server even turned my blizzard upside down to show the thickness, like you see in the DQ commercials. . Nice and clean when we were there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The manager/owner constantly complains about customers. not a very friendly experience and one take it or leave it to keep it from it, but the rest of the crew is good.

The ghirardelli chocolate and strawberry blizzards are the best, when these are not available the coco covered strawberry blizzard will have to do.
