Subway - New Bremen

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The chicken I received was ice cold—who wants cold chicken? I ordered a teriyaki chicken sub and the worker asked if I wanted the bread toasted. I declined, but I also asked if the chicken was warm since I hadn’t seen him heat it up. He assured me it was pre-cooked and already warm. It seemed odd, but I trusted him. Unfortunately, when I got home and took a bite, the chicken was still freezing cold. I had to microwave it to warm it up. I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. It was my first visit and definitely my last! Service: Takeout; Meal type: Dinner.

The food was delicious, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. The staff was extremely welcoming. I will definitely return in the future!

Chicken was freezing cold. Who wants freezing cold chicken?Ordered terriaki chicken sub worker asked if wanted bread toasted, I said no. Then I asked because I didn't see him warm up chicken, if chicken is warm already, he said yes, it comes precooked. I thought was strange but nevertheless I trusted his word. Jokes on me, when I got home and took a bite out of sandwich, chicken was freezing cold. I had to warm up freezing cold chicken in microwave. Will not go there again nor recommend anyone else. Was my 1st time there and will be my last!

Really great experience at this subway. The woman working was so kind and funny. The bread was actually fresh and the sandwiches were perfect!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
