Seemed very disorganized, and aside from the one guy absolutely busting his butt trying to keep up with a backlog of orders, there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency with those working there. Was there to pick up an online order, they didn't have anything up on the pick up rack. Stood over where you wait to pick up online orders, was never acknowledged by the staff. After about 20 minutes another customer flagged down one of the workers because she felt bad at my being ignored. Turns out my food was just sitting on the back counter the whole time. The worker gave me the bags and I had to ask for my drinks. She walked away, i thought to get the drinks, but never came back. Had to flag down the guy who was busy running everything else in the front beforeI got my drinks.I wasn't the only one having a bad experience. From what I saw, least one drive thru customer drove off because they got tired of waiting on something to be brought out, and from what the lady waiting for her order in the lobby with me said, people regularly have bad experiences here. From the other reviews I've seen, I can believe it.I've worked customer service, and in the food industry, so I HATE causing a fuss because I know it's a tough job, but Arby's charges way too much for what they offer for this to be acceptable. $30 for a bad experience, cold sandwiches and rubbery cheese sticks. At least the turnovers don't taste bad cold.Don't waste your money or your time.
I was pulled to wait for Mac cheese bits and after waiting 5 minutes they gave me old over cooked Fry's that had been sitting for who knows how long and the fry container wasn't even full, my sandwich was cold ... In the end I paid $15 for disappointment. How can you charge the prices you charge and have horrible food? I'll say it's not all Arby's but don't go to New Brighton location
They get an A for effort. Very pleasant people, but a little disorganized. The mozzarella sticks were rubbery this time, but the Marinara dipping sauce was a tasty
10/21/23 If you're reading this, RUN!!!! Save yourself the time and frustration by driving to the Center Twp or the Baden locations. I live three blocks from this location (New Brighton) and the order is wrong EVERY TIME. By the time the order is made right, the food is usually cold. Using the drive thru is no better, and it's own hellacious nightmare. In the drive thru, you have to pull over 9 out of 10 times to still get the wrong order. Just be warned, if ordering takeout, eating in, or doing the drive thru, your order will be wrong. Trying to get a refund is just as bad as getting order right. Lets hope a Burger King is built across the street.
I stop in here often and really enjoy it. Nice new interior, staff is pleasant and efficient and i get the roast beefs and they are very good. Always wanted an Arby's near me and this is a real good store.
