Criollisimo - New Britain

Used to love the food here. But it's flavored Puerto Rican style it's lacking. The girl at the counter was rude. You need to train her to have better customer service skills. Won't be coming for a while til they upgrade on flavor and customer service.

A local classic for excellent Puerto Rican dishes. Great quality, everything is tasty here. Their pernil is cooked to perfection, I always also get arroz con gandules, and their other dishes are awesome too. Their staff is helpful and friendly too

The food is good, it has a delicious Creole flavor ?. The only thing was that the cakes were salty, I understand that because they were preserved in salted water, but everything else was delicious.

The food is amazing. There's always a line, but I suppose that's because the food is so good.

The owner attitude is not great. Customer service is horrible. 3 times got the same meal different price every time The owner, then cussed at me because I changed my order food is but I will not be going back ..
