Dunkin' - New Britain

I enjoy visiting every day to pick up fresh sesame bagels and my favorite muffins.

I rated it 4 stars mainly because of the attitude of one of the employees. However, this Dunkin' consistently makes my coffee correctly, which is becoming rare these days. Whenever I visit a drive-thru, my coffee order usually gets messed up, but not here.

I’m so happy that Marie S is back! This store hasn’t been the same without her to brighten my day. She always remembers my coffee and usually has it ready for me as I walk in. The service is fantastic!

The staff here are extremely friendly, with one notable exception. There's one woman I've encountered who has been remarkably unprofessional, and she really tested my patience this morning. I made a lighthearted joke that she found inappropriate, and she responded in a rather rude manner. I've also witnessed her encouraging a scuffle between two elderly patrons who were pushing each other around. She actually stepped out from behind the counter, pumped her fist, and started chanting "fight." Honestly, she should be fired!

The coffee was fresh and enjoyable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making for an overall pleasant experience. I even noticed a few older gentlemen who appeared to be regulars, and they were also very courteous and pleasant.
