Taco Bell - New Britain

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5-star rating is that I've had a few issues with incorrect orders, and their drive-thru system tends to be out of service quite often.

I tried to apply for a job here, but the hiring manager was unavailable. One of the cashiers was really friendly and helped me by pointing out where to find the application sign and directing me to the website. He was so helpful that I ended up ordering some food. The receipt shows the name "Brandon," though it's a bit hard to read. I'm giving one less star because it's been a few weeks since I applied and I still haven't had an interview. Additionally, the printer quality is poor. I've returned a few times, but no one has been around to interview me, and the printer issue still hasn't been fixed. I hope this can be addressed!

Even though the restaurant was busy and had an entirely new staff, this location excelled in service. Thank you to the team!
