Wings Over Newington - New Britain

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. The wings and fries were hot and tasty. I tried three different types of wings - garlic parm, golden BBQ, and honey BBQ - and was impressed by all of them. The restaurant was busy, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently. I left feeling satisfied but ended up ordering more wings later. I will definitely be returning to Wings Over Newington for another great experience. Thank you!

I am always grateful for the fresh, high-quality, and well-prepared wings I receive every time I visit this restaurant. The accuracy of my order and the overall customer experience are consistently excellent. Even though I live in Hartford, I make the effort to come here because I know that my meal and dining experience will always be fantastic. Thank you for always providing such a great experience!

I ordered food from here to be delivered via grub hub. Im order came to me incomplete. I was missing the fries that were part of the 25 wing combo. When I called the only options I was given was to call the grub hub driver myself, to come pick it myself, or to wait until th next time I ordered. I don't usually eat here or have my food delivered to me, but my family were all under the weather and this was the best option at the time. I don't think that I should have been responsible for fixing the establishments mistake by making phone calls or going out to pick up the missing food, and the fries were ordered to complete the family meal therefore waiting until next time wasn't an option for me. I ended up getting refunded for the side order of tots, and going without the fries, but Im just not happy with the experience at all and won't be ordering here again.

I ordered my wings and they had the 20 minutes they told me to wait to prepare it, I came in to get them and they told me to wait another 2 minutes, then had me waiting another 20 minutes. Literally talking the whole time, probably won’t come back, I was already having a bad day and they had me wait 40 minutes for 12 wings, I was disappointed.

Juan was incredible tonight.. He was by himself in the front end dealing with ringing phones, bagging food, taking orders and clearing out customers. As I waited for my order I watched. I was so impressed that he stayed very calm and super friendly. I told him I am giving him 5 stars as I watched him greet every customer with a smile. YOU ROCK JUAN !!!! The guys in the back were hustling too. Can’t leave them out. My wings came out and they were awesome.
