I got the burger from here and it was overcooked and it was a frozen patti, I had better burgers from Burger King! I'd never eat here again!

I went in there to get a burger deluxe or just a burger with riders, ask for coleslaw and pickle her in small looks like a package size coleslaw. the waiter came back and told me they didn't have pickles. after I have eaten my burger, which was in order to ask the bill and this package size coleslaw they calculate it 4 dollars for it. it is not the money, it is the principle that they should change this restaurant name to something else, instead of a diner, diner they offer them coleslaw and pickles on the side and they should have ketchup on the table. they don't serve paper napkins, I don't know what to say. I never come back here again.

The views were brilliant! Service not so much! The spear crossed on rubber with her arms as if she didn't want to be there and I was an inconvenience for her. She totally ignored our table and gave me a stance when I had to go to the bar to get another drink. would not come back because the lowest tipping option 20% that I wanted very did not give them. There are so many NYC roof strips to give your money also with severs that are professional and remarkable.

I would learn to build a time machine to eliminate this mistake! Used to love this place years ago, first visited in a while and what a mistake. Reheated potatoes, bland eggs, burned organic toast and the strangest tasting sausage I've ever had. Not taste, but texture, it was weird. I wish I could undo this and would be willing to go back to school and become a physics/engineering major and quantum physics to spend years building a time machine to go back in time just to stop me from going to this place. I didn't like it that much.

Nothing redeemable or enjoyable about any elements of our meal. We came mid morning on a Wednesday and the place looks like it needs an overhaul in so many aspects. The staff was complaining loudly to each other about mean chefs, work drama, management without a concern if guests could hear. Our server also donned an ear bud and got our order wrong. The bar area had old holiday decor, dusty kitchen-esque decorations and random alcohol bottles (not top shelf). The food was really mediocre and our server only came back to check on us to drop off the bill. We had an egg/potato plate where the potatoes were overcooked yet cold. I ordered grilled banana Nutella French toast (with bananas on the side) and the bananas were still on it, of course. Maybe our servers ear bud impeded his ability to hear accurately. My husband said two stars is too generous. Never again.
