Farmer's Table - New Canaan

The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Our Entree order was incorrect and the staff insisted it was not a mistake. We had ordered pappardelle with pesto cream and crab, but received penne with red meat sauce and no crab. They tried to pass it off as the pappardelle with crab sauce. It took multiple requests before the mistake was corrected. Additionally, there was no penne dish on the menu, only pappardelle. It was confusing why they tried to pass off the wrong dish as what we had ordered. It would have been helpful to have a before and after picture to show the difference between the two entrees.

The woman with the hat I guess is the owner/manager has a terrible actitud. Does not worth to go there.DON T RECOMMEND!

Fantastic! I went to dinner with three girlfriends and it was delicious! I forgot to get a picture of the cheese plate we got for an app, but it was stellar! The meals were and the desserts were a perfect finish! The lime cake is the best I ever had, and the flan was probably the best I had too! I didn't catch our waiter's name, but he was great and he was waiting for our table on Tues, 4. May. Thank you.

This restaurant is wonderful for so many reasons! My partner and I had dinner here a few times and were never disappointed. From the moment you go, feel welcomed by their staff. The appetizers are delicious, their vegetables are always fresh, and they have the most incredible key lime cakes I've ever eaten. We were happy to have Corey as our waiter every time we came to dinner, and he is such a beautiful person. He is attentive, polite and really takes his time to ensure that you have a high quality culinary experience. We even chat with him about his hometown in Louisiana and learn more about where he was great. Staff and food really make this place special! Recommend this restaurant!
