Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New Caney

It has tried to place an order on the drive thru, no one answered the speaker, so we drove into the window to place our order. we had to wait for our food and when we came home, we had not all our order. I tried to call the load and the phone doesn't even ring. I'll never be back to these popeyes again, it's a demolition.

I recently ordered 5 entrees with 2 sides and 2 desserts at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all the food was cold and dry, indicating that it had been sitting out for a while. I was very disappointed with the quality of the meals.

My mom has difficulty hearing and she communicated this to the young lady at the drive-thru. She was patient and kind, and quick to smile. I appreciate it when people are understanding and friendly. The food was good, no complaints from me.

Bad customer service and when I arrive there, they have to wait until someone comes from behind, sometimes they are so busy with their handys that let me wait for a long time, the orders are sometimes incomplete when they pass, I have to tell them to finish the order that I also had to talk to the manager.

I order the same thing every time I go to Popeyes and this time and this location I was told I could not order blackened tenders and spicy tenders as part of my tender combo. I had to pick either all blackened or all spicy which I’ve never had to do. Apparently this location is not about customers.
