Chili's Grill - New Castle County

It was cool to be able to sit with my mom and have lunch. The atmosphere was cool, not super loud or anything. My waiter was cool and the service was on time. Food was about what you'd expect. Not blow you away good but you can tell whomever cooked back in the kitchen didn't rush anything.

The mozzarella was good! Very cheesy and melty. The half and half mango tea was good as well, very refreshing and sweet. Sadly that was the only two good parts about it.. The chicken tenders were stiff, hard, and overcooked bit dry even.. They tasted like they were sitting out. The mac and cheese tasted like they just used the queso dip as their cheese sauce, it was also very watery. Now, the fries were good at first, until they got cold, they were stiff and starchy.

Picking up an order yesterday while I waited about 45 minutes I literally was watching the staff keep walking by and eating french fries out of the fries pan and using bare hands to eat and serve the fries. That's nasty ??

Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. There was a short wait for a table of 2 when we got here — waited maybe 5-6 minutes. We were sat and it took a little bit for our waiter to come get our order but that was fine since we were indecisive. We finally figured out what we wanted and the waiter came to take our drink and food orders. We both ordered the pink lemonade. It wasn’t great, it tasted like it was made with dishwater. I should’ve known better though and just ordered a coke. Anyway, we put our order in for both he appetizers and our entrees. We figured that the appetizers would come out first and then the entrees, since that’s usually how it goes. However, we got all our food all at once which was a bit much but whatever. The food was delicious and everything was hot when it got to our table. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and the dip trio for appetizers. The mozzarella sticks were not normal mozzarella sticks lol they’re huge! They’re square chucks of fried mozzarella. They were so good. The dip trio was good too but the tortilla chips were so thin they kept breaking every time we tried to scoop the guac or queso. For our entree we both got the chicken crispers (5). They come with ranch and you can choose two extra sauces. One of us got the chicken crispers tossed in Nashville hot sauce and the other got them regular. The Nashville hot sauce was anything but hot, it wasn’t even spicy. But the sauce itself was good. I was missing a ranch for my entree but the two other dips I chose was enough. One of the sides that comes with the meal is Mac and cheese, which they were out of. We were able to substitute for a different side because of this. The fries were great as well. Overall everything was good and the food was even better. I’ll probably be back soon!

I was there today it was a really bad experience waiting to sit down for 40mins finally sat down for20 minutes until someone came to help us waited another 20 minutes for our drinks that never showed up and finally left. Went to Elkton Maryland Chills it took us like 10 minutes to get our drinks.
