About 11:15 on 6/4/22 I had the nastiest experience with the cashier here. She refused to eve. Speak 2 words, wouldn 't even tell me how much my total was. Literally threw my cans of soda into my bag, snatched my money and shoved my change at me. Answered her phone while checking me out, completely stopped tending too me all together and said hey dad, he 's checking himself into meadowood so can i stay with you for a few nights . I completely understand everyone has something going on in their lives, but I don 't understand working in customer service if you can 't treat customers with even a tiny bit of respect when going through whatever it may be. Should t have come too work, or should find a new line of work because she does not belong in customer service.
The employees always listen to how I desire my Carmel latte- that's large, made cold with no ice, extra shot of espresso specifically 8 pumps of caramel! It comes out delicious every single time
Dunkin' is too Expensive for me, I ordered a Lg. Coffee with 3 sugars and half and half and 1 donut which was very hard and stale) I went through the drive-thru and they didn't give me a price until I went to the next window, when they told me my order was $11.59I said you must be mistaken because I only got a large coffee and a donut and the person at the window was very rude and said that was my total price, I didn't go there anymore the coffee wasn't me out of gold and the donut was horrible I couldn't even eat it, I know there's a lot of people out there that prefer to have Dunkin', but I'll stick with my Wawa coffee because I can get it myself and I can get a donut all under $5
