Dunkin' - New Castle

The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing! I had a terrible experience during my visit. My coffee was prepared incorrectly, and the staff member made it difficult to get it fixed, ultimately refusing to correct it for me, although they did offer a refund. I definitely do not recommend this place!

My only complaint about Dunkin' Donuts is with a particular employee. When the sign indicates that they close at 10 p.m., this individual, whose name I don't know, locks the front door at 9 p.m. even though the lights and the 'Open' sign are still on. When I tried to enter, the door was locked, and he just gave me a look as if I was in the wrong. This is quite unprofessional. If the store is going to close early, they should turn off the 'Open' sign and the lights to avoid confusion.

I had an amazing iced French vanilla coffee with extra everything, and it was absolutely perfect!
