Water temperature in the shower was mislabeled (I turned it to cold and it came out hot, so I turned it to hot and it came out super cold) and I burnt myself, but other than that and the grime staining the bottom of the tub, the room was pretty nice. Breakfast was standard, it was still hot even though I came down less than 20 minutes before it closed.The front desk staff were very friendly. It was my first time checking into a hotel, and the employee who helped me was very patient.Rooms: Room was clean except for the bathroom (mostly just the tub tbh)Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants nearby (don't go into the Sheetz after dark though, especially if you are a woman/traveling with small kids)Safety: I felt very safe inside the hotel, the parking lot was well lit, and the front desk staff were attentive when people were in and out of the building.Noteworthy details: Double check the shower before hopping in to make sure the water temperature is correctly labeled (the hot and cold were mixed up in my shower, and I burnt myself)

I am going to give a 5 star for this hotel even though I marked 4 star's since it covers everything in the highest degree! Such as high end decor, deluxe breakfast, indoor pool, jacuzzi, service and price! Even though we golfed an half hour away, it was worth the extra distance to go to! I would definitely be back!

Well the mattress is not very comfortable.TV way too small.Too many stains all over the chair.Broken shower door that keeps falling off.Coffee pot caught on fire this morning.Rooms: Dirty, nasty rooms and their bathroom.Nearby activities: Popeyes and Sheetz right next door.Food drinks: Applebee's across the street.

My daughter and I stayed for the Taylor Swift concert, and I was very pleased with the kindness at check-in, the friendly service, and we felt safe and secure in the hotel/room as we got back at 3am. The room was clean!

Nice hotel with very clean rooms and a very nice front desk staff. Location is great as major highways are nearby. No issues whatsoever and I would recommend this hotel if traveling (especially for business! in the area.
