Bukhara is back with a bang. Empty tables and Bukhara never went together, so it was odd to find the six-seater table next to us empty. The plates came packed with paper. And every table was sanitised painstakingly. These were the things that are different at Bukhara. <br/ <br/ What wasn’t different was the dal, it was delicious and divine, as always. Or the reshmi kabab, which was exquisite. The tandoori jhinga was sumptuous and succulent. And the phirni subtly fragrant and delicate. Devender’s service set the tone, and made the occasion even more special. Deepanshu’s hospitality was top-notch, as was his penchant for making the dinner memorable. Totally In love with the traditional decor and their concept of eating food with our hands instead of spoon and forks, typically depicting Indian culture. Ordered dal Bukhara and naan with chicken kebabs , loved the taste . The price is bit high but it’s totally worth it !!
Went there during the ongoing pandemic, the safety standards are high without compromising on the luxury, the food was as good as always, the staff was really friendly and helpful specially Surendar
