Feedback gevenSo we were at this beautiful hotel The Roseate in Samalkha and hosted a lunch table for our friends at one their restaurants Kiyan . The theme was sustainable food with all the veggies and poultry from their 0KM farms. #ChefAnandPanwar was very generous and courteous in having us here. He presented some of their signature dishes prepared from handpicked veggies from the farm by the chef himself. So it began with their signature drink which was apple juice with a hint of cinnamon and ginger ale it was indeed refreshing in this hot summer. Then we had the tomato soup which was served over orange slice and blanch cherry tomato along with focaccia bread. It was just so delicious , despite me being a non lover of soups , I just loved this tomato soup light yet flavorful. For the snacks we had the paneer tikka with mango marmalade inside, it was delicious combo. Next was pathar ke ghost, which mutton chunks grilled and delicious, for the main course we had the dal makhani paneer curry bhurji and nalli nihari
Great place, beautiful ambiente and good eating too. kiyan really lives on his names. I tried mushroom soup, veg pizza, dal makhni, shahi wiper and hakka noodles. presentation was pretty good. the pizza was simply great, although they improve on the Indian main course. mushroom soup was fantastic. the service is a little slow.

Best place for Thai food lovers, why I say that these coz them the authenticity of Thai food flavor. a high-end restaurant kiyan, situated in the middle of majestic columns and waters, serves world cuisine, which comes from organic,- homemade. now eat n gloomy as at start we get a welcome drink served after we are ready for what we should try, we ask koch anand recommendation first after eating, we decide to eat for thai authentic food just as they know that this place is gem for Thai food lovers. from the suppe we order mushroom soup n tom kha authentic Thai soup, which is based on cocosnuss n zitrone gras n coriander leaves n ginger kissen along with beautiful chicken pieces. seriously say suppe is nut awesome, but my heart stuck on mushroom soup I never stuck such a thick mushroom soup better than this serious I love it. after that we had some Thai spring rolls as they have bangkok food festival, so go with the river n see their creative dishes with full authentic aromen, so we ask chef anand, suggestions about eating. in the main course we both have thai curry green n red both not veg, but super tasty. and a pad thai garnel based n something nice together with ja
Beautiful ambiente. the entrance to this place is so mesmerizing. eating here is finger licking good. I generally avoid seafood in delhi, but this place had some amazing prawns (prawn new burg). also their signature drinks are excellent. a great experience.
