Tea Lounge - New Delhi

Pricey, but super friendly staff!!! They seemed very impressed that a gura like me could order a chai in Hindi. Even brought an extra metaii. Will never forget it.

Could not have much since we reached at a time when it was midst if Breakfast and Lunch time. Hence the only items were All Day Meal which consist of light South Indian dishes such as Dosa etc. Hence could not have much. Otherwise the ambience is very nice. The staff is very informative. On entering premises they inform guests of the charges if one is just sitting without any purchases. Charges are Rs. 1000/ for a period of one hour. This makes one not to sit ideal or hold meetings only but discuss with order placed.

It's a beautifully set up lounge in Taj Palace Hotel with fine decor and good selection of Teas. Tried the Risheehat Black Tea. The Tea came in a beautiful Tea Tray. Instantly fell in love with the beautifully embroidered Napkin that came in the tray which was matching to the tray mat and the Noritake Tea Cup and Saucer too.. These small details make a luxury space different from a casual one.. There is Christmas decor everywhere and christmas music too !!!

Relax over a hot steamy hot chocolate. Munch into a delicious rose lychee eclair.

Really nice place to relax and have a great cup of tea. the lounge is located in the lobby of the taj palace hotels and offers views of the pool that makes the ambiente really beautiful. in winter the tables outside on the pool deck are great. the service is good, the biscuits and baked, the tee accompany, are delicious. it's expensive, but that's to be expected. if we are looking for a quick hit, this is the place. They want to relax and read a book, that is the place.
