We were fine paying a minimum bill guarantee also. However when we landed she tried to brush us out and make us sit outside and when we wanted a table insides she huffed and also spoke unevenly to both my wife and I. I was kind of appalled by her behaviour. Date visited 14th feb. On the positive The ambiance is beyond good. The food is wholesome and will surprise you. Our server anil was great but the host left kind of a bad taste in my mind. Considering the place was not full, we could have been handled better. I mean if they want to attract a regular visiting clientele they need a staff with a 100% welcoming attitude.
Magic in an impressive Thai style decoration. the service is very good, I advise you the tasting menu, price euros but it is for two people and you are inflated to try dishes , ask if you want it without spicy but the Thai cuisine is with many species and take them away serious a crime. doing that in one of the best restaurant in the world. the best thing is where it is already located in the imperial hotel one of the best turns
The spice route takes you to a Thai wonderland mostly although there are other cuisine options as well. But the ambience definitely screams Thai to me! It's a very elegant view and so much more comfortable and visually pleasing.. U will not want to get up and go!
Great place for lunch and a time out from exploring the city. The staff were most welcoming and attentive. You can walk off your Bellini and delicious lentil dumplings, by wandering through the beautiful Imperial Hotel, while the throng outside awaits.
We are a couple from the USA, 28 36 years old. I booked a table here for our first night in India and wanted a romantic table. We went to the Imperial Hotel from our hotel in Connaught Place and were immediately impressed by the beautiful landscape design and impeccable hospitality of the well-dressed guards and hotel staff. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, complete with an excellent ambience, food and history behind every little detail! Ask for a tour through the different rooms in the restaurant and ready to be woven. The kitchen is more pan-asian than Indian, so we chose some dishes we never had like the Kerala Prawns along with some old favorites like an excellent Thai Papaya Salad. The service is impeccable and yet friendly with a full staff ready to go out the way to make your night special. As it was our first night in India, the 2x 9% taxes on food and the 20% additional taxes on alcohol were a bit shocked, but only part of the food in Delhi. We strongly recommend that after dinner for a night capsule at the bar, 1911, which also has cool history and decor. These are both on the first floor of a beautiful restored historic hotel. An incredibly romantic and unforgettable introduction to India for both of us.
