Mcdonalds - New Forest

I tried premium burger, wow, fantastic and lots of flavour and texture too and wash Ed down with chocolate shake. Sensational

We came here for a quick bite to eat and I can honestly say, I remembered very quickly why I haven't had McDonald's food for a very very very long time. The Big Mac was dry and bland (even for a fast food joint) and the chips were cold. Can't even say that they were warm as that would be a lie! The only saving grace was the milkshake which I'm glad to see are still fairly similar to how I remembered them.This was my first time going to this McDonald's and will also be my last.

This McDonalds has staff Including managers who do not understand customer Service , transparency, treating customers fairly, paying attention to detail, accuracy etc . They get orders wrong all the time and they don’t take allergies seriously at all ! Their manner, conduct and lack of efficiency is appalling.

Placed my order and arrived at the window, somewhere between the person repeating my order back, correctly, and the ticket going through for prep, two drinks managed to disappear from the order. At the window, I said I wanted the missing drinks, which resulted in the woman talking to me like I was trying to pull a fast one on her and knick two soft drinks. So I snapped. She went to get the 4 year old manager who told me I couldn’t have the drinks, that I’d have to go to the back of the line and order again if I wanted them because he wasn’t able to take my money at that particular window. The manager. Mind you I have a crying child in the backseat because suddenly she wasn’t getting her lemonade. Great problem solving skills this lot has (extreme sarcasm). Would leave a big fat ZERO if I could.

Took my little granddaughter for a treat after horrible hospital tests. First time here for me, but she was keen. Had to clean table and chairs with baby wipes they were so dirty. Bins overflowing. Ordered food, waited 15 minutes then mentioned it to a waitress who went downstairs and returned immediately with our order. It was stone cold. She took it away again then returned 10 minutes later with another set that was just slightly warmer. Poor granddaughter was beside herself with hunger so we just accepted it. Not a great fan of McDonalds but to be fair, I considered them all to be good value and of consistent quality until now. Emailed the company to complain and they sent an email back the gist of which was 'sorry we 'll try better next time ' . You must be joking! There is an outside play area that has been closed apparently for some time. No idea why.
