Sweet Ice Cream Lounge - New Forest

I visited this restaurant in the late afternoon on a rainy day with my grandchildren after school. The business was quiet, but the atmosphere was okay. One team member was very helpful, efficient, and effective. The range of ice creams was not as extensive as usual, but the presentation of over 20 flavors was good. The seasonal pancakes, waffles, and cones that we ordered were all delicious. The service was good, and the seating areas were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, it was good news despite the fixtures and fittings looking a bit worn and dated. The value was as expected, not bad. I would definitely consider revisiting.

We always have amazing ice cream at Sweet! The variety of flavours is brilliant and always tastes really yummy and freshly made. I especially love it as they have clear labels for the gluten free ice cream which is safe to eat. I had the chocolate brownie flavour and it was gluten free amazing!! Lots of seating too and a great atmosphere!

Amazing place, fantastic range of choice and particularly impressed with the range of gluten free options! Our favourite place for a treat!

We visited today for lunch and had savoury crepes followed by ice cream. The portions are huge and very good value for money. The savoury crepes were delicious and the vegan special was excellent. The sundaes were also delicious and the staff very friendly. The restaurant is very clean and contemporary in style.

The restaurant staff were welcoming, helpful, and patient. The team members were understanding and the ice cream was delicious. The menu selection was pretty good, but all the Sundae photo examples were missing. The hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant were decent but could be improved. The service level was not bad, but could be better coordinated. The value was okay, as expected. I would definitely consider revisiting this restaurant.
