Due to Covid-19 regulations, we weren't able to sit down and had to take our food back to the car. My ham and cheese sandwich was pretty mediocre, and the coffee was just okay. While this Tim Hortons is a convenient stop for travelers heading to or from Stratford, the food quality is nothing exceptional.
I went to the restaurant around 9 am on Sunday, June 28 and ordered a coffee through the drive-thru. I was surprised to see that the person serving me at the window and making my coffee were not wearing masks. However, I did notice that the person serving customers who were walking in did have a mask on. It seemed like teenagers were working there, and I wondered where the adult or manager was.
During peak hours, I suggest hiring more staff. It's ridiculous to have to wait as long as you do. This is the main reason why I avoid Tim Hortons, especially this location. The only reason I am here is for my wife's coffee.
We stopped here while driving to a holiday home on Lake Huron north of Goderich. The new look of the place is attractive, and the coffee and baked goods are of the usual quality. On the whole I am not a huge Tim’s fan, but I like this one.
Busy little place. Clean, Staff friendly. Going in the morning, there is generally a line up out the door. Dont be in a hurry as they can only serve so many people at a time. Normal menu.
