Blaze Pizza - NEW HARTFORD

Great experience, quick delivery, and I love the s'mores cookies!!

Dissatisfied and disappointed with Blaze pizza once again. Not sure what’s up but I guess a VEG OUT pizza consists of onion and lots of mushrooms. Kind of nasty. At least the employees are friendlier at this location.

My husband, our toddler and I went to Blaze Pizza today. We had a wonderful experience and everybody was friendly. The new employee named Mc Kayla had just started working there. She did a wonderful job making my pizza. The manager, Colin was super nice and personable too! We’ve been here a few times and it has always been a positive experience. Keep up the good work, folks! This establishment is very welcoming. We love eating the great pizza and seeing everyone having a great time at their job!

Don 't bother. Service is slow regardless of number of customers. Oven is never cleaned. Pizzas are always burnt to a blackened crisp. Floks behind the counter don 't care who ordered when you get yoir food when you get it.Mobile orders are never picked up in one shot. Always waiting on something. You must reorder what they lost or forgot to make. That is if they didn 't just give it away.Don 't waste your time here, it 's just not worth the wait!

I'm writing this review to acknowledge the fantastic staff at the New Hartford location. During a recent visit, another customer accidentally took my order. The staff was understanding and polite, and they quickly prepared a new order for me, even including two complimentary pizza coupons. Mistakes happen, and I wasn't bothered by it at all; however, it was clear that the staff truly cared about my experience, which makes me want to return in the future.
