Went in to purchase a large specialty coffee that I would not generally purchase. It cost over $6 before tax so I at least hoped it would be made correct. I was the only customer on the inside of the restaurant and it took them nearly 10 minutes to start the order after the ticket arrived to them. During that time period the kids working behind the counter had plenty of time to play on their phones and share them with each other in plain view of the customer. When the order finally did arrive it of course was wrong. Used to be alright but now it's just mostly unsupervised kids working. There was someone that wasn't even an dunkin employee just hanging out in the backroom area during this time. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I went in today to buy a batch of gift cards as presents for employees and a very sweet young gentleman named Anthony helped me at the front counter. He made the transaction very easy and he was very friendly and respectful. I got a small coffee afterwards as well and he made it perfectly. He's a gem, hang on to him.

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too, the iced coffee is always disgusting and they are slow, I was the only car in their drive thru and still had to wait 10 minutes for my drink just to end up throwing it out because it was so disgusting. Save your money and go somewhere
