Red Lobster - NEW HARTFORD

We had a wonderful experience at this point. We have a very special need 11 years old, which is in a wheelchair and is also autistic. Once we got in, the manager was there to welcome us together with the host. I had asked for a table that would be out of the way and preferably away from others, if possible due to the unique needs of our children. The manager was very accommodating and opened our own section, completely away from others. I was very excited about it. Our waitress was also great, she was very attentive and was on her game. We would definitely return to this place.

It is really clean and beautiful and spacious inside

Had the Friday Fish Fry, contain fish, French fries, cola and tartaric acid sauce. The food was great, but I wish the fish was not plated on the French pommes.

I love fish! I eat and often take too-go-meals. I buy gift cards to use their 10% discount. I visit here so often that the staff calls me by name, recognizes my car and even knows my dog! If they ever move.. I'm going with them!

The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and had a nice seaside feel. Hailey the server did and excellent job.
