Red Lobster New Hartford

One of the best Red Lobster Restaurants anywhere. Great Service. Excellent Food. Some of the Entrees are Over-Priced but there are Specials. Excellent Location.

Enjoyed a nice dinner in celebration of my son’s birthday. Food was a little pricey for lobster fest. Service from Troy was outstanding. He made our evening enjoyable!

This is one of the best Red Lobsters in the United States and certainly the best in New York State. Delicious Food cooked hot, friendly service, and spacious areas to eat. Good for Families and Friends to Get Together.

Renee was awesome. She took care of us right from the start. We had ordered cocktails, had Lobster Pizza for an app, then Surt N Turf and Lobster Alfredo and finished it off with a brownie sundae. Quit, Renee was awesome!

It was a nice evening out. I have been going to this location for almost 20 years now, and while the price for the Ultimate feast has increased over the years the has the ambiance has not. My fiancé even noted that the booth we were in along with the rest of the place looked dated. Gave overall 4 stars because the food was good they just need to modernize a bit
