Prawan behind the register at dreadful setting and my speck ei and cheese watch wrap were hard as a rock

Disorganized and slow. ordered a sausage egg and cheese, the lady prepping them put cream cheese on it then realized her mistake, she looked over her shoulder at me then scrapped most of the cream cheese off back into the container and served it to me. also waited 15 minutes for my midnight brew hot coffee wich they forgot about until i reminded them. it was def not the coffee i ordered. if it was they heavily watered it down. idk know what was in that cup but it wasnt dark roast. there were 3 peopoe ahead of me yet all this still took a total of 20 minutes. how they are still operating i have no idea. not going here ever again. couldnt get one thing right. GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN.

Pretty straightforward, it's just your typical Dunkin' Donuts. It's neither better nor worse than any other location.

The worst dunkin' donuts ever! yes they run out coffee donuts butter cream tassen straw that they melt their water. they can not get a simple car, like the difference between butter and cream cheese. milk in her coffee or black. when they ask for a bagel, they give them a donut. these are just some of my experiences in the last weeks. I do not recommend to go here if there is still a dunkin' donuts near you. I complain to the district manager and the same ugly snotty people are still waiting for them. I brought back my bagel, which should be well roasted with butter and the girl had a posture. then she says we don't have a toaster yet. well, it's three months ago to get a new one. dunkin worst' donuts in larger new haven area.

I have experienced curdled and sour milk from this place twice now. I've been trying to resolve this issue for six weeks, but at this point, it's just not worth it. The customer service line doesn't take calls, the chat feature is unavailable, and my emails have gone unanswered for weeks. Additionally, no one picks up the phone at the main hospital. It's disappointing that this is the only nearby coffee shop that opens early near the hospital, but this place poses a health risk. I recommend avoiding it at all costs.
