Wendy's - New Haven

I went there at 11 am and bought a burger that I ate right away and a salad to eat later at work at around 3pm same day the hamburger was good but the salad the chicken was good that was on the salad the chicken avocado salad but the lettuce looks dark and old and I'm just hoping that that picking up the chicken and bacon won't make me sick very very disappointed as I spent $20. I only come to this location because it?s the closest but never again every single time I get food from this Wendy?s is absolutely disgusting. I always think maybe this time will be better but nope. I ordered a double stack and the 1st one I opened and I?m not even kidding feels like a kids plastic toy couldn?t even bite into it and my 2nd one was so under cooked ???? Ill just keep driving to the one on Gratiot an 23.. and I?m never one to complain I hate to be that person

Ever since they got this new manager i?ve hated going here the food is always wrong or its just down right disgusting. They put so much ketchup and mayo on my order and i tried to take alot off but this time it was to where i couldnt even enjoy my meal.if this keeps happening i will never be going back to this location and i advise u do the same

Finally, a well run Wendy's!!! Salads were perfect and fries were nice and hot! Went there again and had really delicious food. Fries were hot and the burgers were tasty. PS I'm not related in any way to anyone who works here or owns this location.

I recently ordered from this wendys via doordash instead of the one I work at because this one was closer. Never again. The drinks I ordered were a medium coke and a small strawberry lemonade. I instead received a small coke and a valurle fruit punch, both only 3/4 filled.
