The Good Gyro - New Hope

The Good Gyro might be one of the most popular food vendors in the food court so the wait was kind of bad about 20 minutes after ordering. There is a great variety of options on the menu and we love the flexibility of creating our own platter. We had a 3-item platter: eggplant stew, cauliflower stew and falafel with salad pita. The food was overall delicious especially the falafel, not dry at all and flavorful. However, the 2 stews were not served warm enough which was a little disappointing.

Super tasty! Plenty of vegan options. Fresh ingredients and quick service. Falafel is my favorite food and this will now be my go to when I?m craving it.

This husband and wife operation does not disappoint. Perhaps one of the most authentic and friendly Mediterranean cuisine takeouts you?ll ever find; all nestled in the Ferry Street Marketplace in New Hope where there is abundant indoor and outdoor seating, libations, other food and snack options, etc. If you?re visiting with some friends or kids, or finishing a nice bike ride or walk on the Canal Toe Path, this is a great place to stop to grab a bite or take something home. Do not forget the Mediterranean desserts, as they have them all and they?re all fresh including hard to find stuff you may not see unless you?re some street market in Beirut or Egypt. Outstanding food!

Delicious food. In fact, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a wrap so much. My husband ordered a lamb gyro and said it was the best he had ever eaten. We will definitely be back!

I never get disappointed in this place. Workers are very nice and helpful. Food is so delicious and I appreciate the effort of plating given the circumstances. 10/10!
