The Vegan Butcher - New Hope

I went here expecting a vegan eatery, instead I found a place that served beef burgers and upcharged me to swap to a plant based protein. The sauces were not vegan, either. If you 're going to call yourself 'The Vegan Butcher ' at least make an effort to make a few main dish options that are vegan by default rather than swapping out impossible patties as an afterthought. Better yet, don 't call yourself that.

Fantastic food. Had the Bahn Mi tofu sandwich, Mushroom ETA, Truffle fries with vegan cheese.Lots of haters on here complaining about them offering non vegan items. Relax, giving bad reviews based on your hatred of them offering non vegan is no good for the vegan offerings, we have so few options already. The prices are very appropriate too.
