Feedback gevenI have not received my food yet, so this review is based solely on the customer service I experienced. The person at the counter outside of the restaurant, located in Hy-Vee, completely ignored me when I tried to place an order. After waiting for 10 minutes for attention, I finally went inside where I was told to order outside. I argued that I had been ignored and just wanted to quickly place a to-go order. I don't care how long it takes for the food to be ready, but I believe it shouldn't take so long to place an order when they aren't even busy. Eventually, someone took my order but was very rude about it. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, but it has been more than 20 now. Regardless of how the food tastes, I will not be returning to this place and would not recommend it.
During my visit, only a small fraction of the tables were occupied. I waited for 35 minutes for a order of boneless wings, while tables that arrived after me received their food in 10-15 minutes. When I inquired about my order, the server informed me that it would be at least 10 more minutes and my wings hadn't even been started. When I asked her to cancel the order, she dismissed my request and walked away. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This restaurant used to be great before the new owner took over. The service was good, but the food from the Wahlburger acquisition is garbage. The burgers are awful, any fast food chain in the world is better, I promise. Mark Wahlberg, you really messed up. By the way, this meal cost $65 for two people. I would have been happier getting two cheeseburgers from McDonald's next door.
I am in a town somewhere outside detroit lakes? I try to eat healthy in a restaurant in the middle west, always a fraught order, but it takes an exceptionally senseless ball of shredded iceberg to just not disturb me with the salat I paid for the charge for. but hey, the house made avocado spread (they think guacamol without a garlic or swirling or cilantro, so...mashed avocado) was not offensive. I had even worse meal times, but also for the suburbs was the aggressive.
My husband and I decided to get burgers on a Tuesday, there didn't seem to be many people on the restaurant, we could tell that only 2 waitress were working and 2 people in the kitchen as well. We thought nothing about it. We ordered a burger each, and as time went on we noticed how late it was getting on our food wasn't out yet. Took 40 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries out. When we made a comment about the wait time to the waitress she kinda smiled and walked away. Moments later we over hear a the conversation between the 2 waitress and one of them saying it's only 2 of us"We weren't upset with the waitress, but with the kitchen staff. Although her saying something like that so close to us was definitely rude. Now if 40 minutes is normal wait time for 2 burgers to come out then we are sorry. But we still find it rude how the waitress acted.
