Tim Hortons - New Hudson

This must be the most friendly and entertaining Tim Horton's location I've ever experienced. Management and staff work together so well, it is refreshing to be part of fun. Yes, I wish this site had more articles available. However, the atmosphere makes for the limited menu. If you want a quick service and a little entertainment....make sure come!!!

Great place. Smiling faces early in the morning. Ashley, Amanda, Angela and Amy are A. I moved from Starbucks to Tim Horton's alone for the smile! Thank you. Ladies for a good job. You deserve an increase!! Stop the good work. Your customer service is top job! Hopefully you can train the other girl, what it really is about in customer service... or get rid of her.

I love these times. It is the best in the area by far. Very friendly staff. Ashley and Bashaar are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I miss seeing her faces every morning since I moved. I haven't found any Tim Hortons that can get my order right.

I must say I'm confused by some of the reviews... Bottom line this.. the coffee is fresh and the donuts are good. It sucks that this place is messed up into a gas station and the line can be long, but I have seen flat, the people are completely a ** hole for the people who work here when everything they try to do serves people coffee in a very restricted area. I don't understand that this is a real sign here.

Very friendly, made my bagel just the way I asked, it was perfect. Best Tim Hortons I’ve been to so far and I’ve been to a lot of them. Great customer service!!
