Afghan Grill - New Hyde Park

I can't talk about my delicious meal. I took more home to eat later! Every dish we ordered was delicious and we will definitely be back. The cherry on our dinner was the service. My family felt like we were home with the love we received from the owners! One of our new favorites.

A wonderful place to take the family for a delicious, traditional family experience. The staff is super polite and the food is authentic. I had the lamb with rice and raisins and all spicy Chutney and about three appetizers before. No alcohol served, but you can bring yourself. Also no coffee quite easy on drinks, come to remember; they have iced tea and some others, just do not remember. Look forward to seeing some friends from Florida soon.

Had great service along with a desire to serve the best of their ability. Came here on vacation, try new food and is definitely a way for me from now on. Fantastic service and food.

Not an Afghan food expert in any way, but this was bomb authentic Afghan food for cheap prices. the waitress (who could be the owner woman? was super sweet and welcoming. Come here!

Now I'm not am Afghan food expert but if you're looking for a flavor blast in your taste buds this is a great spot for it! The sambosa was crispy and filled with an excellently seasoned ground beef and veggies. The green sauce also added tons of flavor (I believe this sauce is cilantro based). The tikka lamb kebab was fantastic. The meat was juicy, grilled, and seasoned. The rice was also very soft and tasty. I will definitely be returning to try other menu items!
