Feedback gevenWow, that was the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. The rice was overcooked and mushy. How could this happen? Is there no quality control? I'm really disappointed and would like a refund.
I had a wonderful first experience dining at this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all of which taste fantastic! Highly recommend!
The service at this restaurant is impressively fast, but it ultimately works against them. I ordered a bowl and a burrito, and the burrito I received was only a third of the expected size, so they kindly remade it for me. However, when I got home, I found that both the bowl and the burrito were about 70% rice, and I could barely see any of the other ingredients I had requested. While the taste was good, overall, the experience left much to be desired. Chipotle has definitely been lacking lately.
The food was solid and standard chips. I saw a little short staff. Went to noon and there was only one seemingly new employee who made all orders and they seemed pretty slow. Not the employees owe, but I think they could and would have more people if possible.
Found a bug crawling in my sofritas bowl. When I called the store they asked me to bring my entire order into the store. Got my refund though. Employees and customers not wearing masks. Employee hygiene was lacking. Place was busy but still, is that an acceptable excuse?
