Smashburger - New Hyde Park

This place always does the job. Even took my mom who hadn't eaten a burger in over 20 years and she loved it so much now we come whenever we're in town. Lumi was chill on the register and made sure our order was right especially since I have a food allergy. Keep it up guys ??

AMAZING GROUP OF WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION. ALL OF THEM WORK TOGETHER TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER INCLUDING MANAGEMENT. OUTSTANDING WORK ETHICS TO THE FULLEST.

All in all great place, good food. I went to the store and the same person that helped me at the register removed my number. I thought that was odd since the restaurant was empty.The fried brussel sprouts are surprisingly good.

Clean,fast and efficient. The food wasn 't as tasty as their Mamaroneck location but it hit the spot. It 's the only fast food burger I 'll eat nowadays.

The FOH staff is very kind at this location but the cooks in the back do not understand what proper portion sizes are. I’m vegan and had to heavily modify a burger that I was already paying $12 for, so I paid extra for mushrooms on it. I received a laughably small amount for the $1.17 it was worth. Three little slivers of mushrooms on a burger. It wasn’t even a busy lunch rush at the time so there’s no excuse in my mind. Customers are not going to come back to locations that are stingy with already expensive food items. Sincerely, a hungry mushroom lover
