I placed an order through the app on December 26th. I received the notification that my order was ready as well as a notification from my bank that the charge for the order was pending. I went to Subway to pick up my order only to discover they were actually closed. I called the next day and I was told the charge would not go through since they were closed, but to call back in three days if it did go through. The charge did go through and I called back to speak to the manager, but I was told he wasn’t there and he would call me back. The manager never reached out to me and few days later I spoke with someone, whom I was later told is the owner, and he said he would contact headquarters to get my refund. A couple of days later I spoke with him again, but he said once again he would contact headquarters. It’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund or any type of communication from Subway. Also, I was told by employees at two different locations that this happened to other customers as well. This was definitley my last time going to Subway. There was nothing professional about the way this issue was handled.
I visited this Subway today (Dec. 2, 2021). What APPALLED me was an employee SNEEZED on a sandwich she was making!! It took a real effort for one employee to put on gloves, as her pink nails were extremely long. Service is slow.
Trash quality, rude worker. With several locations in New Iberia this is the last one anyone should bother going to.
I am VERY DISGUSTED in the condition of my sub. It was made so sloppy. The entire sub was drenched in sauce, making the bread soggy and completely deteriorated in my hands while I was trying to consume it. VERY DISPLEASED. I will not be attending this Subway again.(tip: skills need improvement, doesn't take much.
